First of all, Mr. Bu Hongjian introduced the general situation of classroom teaching in our college in recent years. Then, the teachers reported and explained the selection of teaching materials, teaching objectives, learning situation analysis, key points and difficulties of the course, teaching methods and means according to the main courses they undertook.

After the lecture, Mr. Bu Hongjian, the leader of the supervision group, commented and guided the teachers one by one. He thinks that the teachers have made careful preparations before class, especially the teaching contents of Feng Ke, Shi Xuemin and Shi Xueying are rich and vivid, and they have a good grasp of the requirements of teaching and the quality of courseware making. However, from the perspective of on-site performance, some teachers have some problems, such as language expression is not standardized enough, classroom interaction settings are not enough, which need to be further improved.

Finally, on behalf of the leading group of the college, President Yue Jianwei expressed his gratitude to Mr. BU for his diligent comments and careful guidance. At the same time, he emphasized the common faults and shortcomings of the teachers' lectures. I hope that through training, teachers can continuously improve their teaching ability and level, and lay a more solid foundation for the college's professional construction and talent training.
