According to the spirit of the notice of the Ministry of education on the implementation of "undergraduate teaching project" National College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship training plan (JGH [2012] No. 5) and other documents, in order to establish a teaching mode with problems and topics as the core, stimulate and mobilize college students' innovative thinking and scientific research interest, and strengthen students' innovation consciousness, practical ability and team cooperation In accordance with the requirements of the project management measures of Henan University College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship training plan (see the annex), the work arrangements for the application and approval of the college level project of our college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training plan in 2018 are as follows. Please attach great importance to it, organize it carefully and apply actively.

1、 Project requirements

1. College students' innovation and entrepreneurship training plan is set up in the form of projects, which include theoretical and technical research, invention, production, creative design, etc., or other projects with research and practical value.

2. The project must be innovative, clear-cut, innovative, advanced in technology and reasonable in method. It should start from solving the specific problems in the fields of science, technology, production, life and society, take the innovation of knowledge, technology and method as the main purpose, and take experiment as the main means. It should be selected by students independently, and promote the interdisciplinary and joint disciplines.

3. The implementation period of each training program is one year or two years, which should be completed before the end of April 2020.

2、 Declaration conditions

1. All full-time undergraduate students who have the ability to learn, excellent character and learning, and have certain professional knowledge and skills can voluntarily apply, and each student can only participate in one innovation and entrepreneurship training program at the same time.

2. Each innovation and entrepreneurship training project is composed of 3-5 students of related majors. The project leader must be full-time undergraduate students of grade 2016 (those with five-year schooling must be students of grade 2015). The participants of the training project should have a clear division of labor.

3. Each innovation and entrepreneurship training program has at least one in-service teacher with senior professional and technical title or doctor's degree as the project instructor.

3、 Application procedure

According to the working procedures of students' application, college selection and recommendation, expert evaluation and school preferential subsidy.

Student Application

The project leader organizes the project team members to fill in the application form of Henan University Students' innovation and entrepreneurship training program (see the annex) in triplicate, and the relevant supporting materials are attached to the application form.

College recommendation

Each college shall organize relevant experts to evaluate and select the college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training programs applied by the college, recommend the college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training programs according to the allocated quota (see the annex), and submit the application paper materials (word format application and relevant supporting materials, in triplicate) and the summary of recommended programs of each college before 17:00 p.m. on April 19, 2018 Send it to the office of the project leading group of the college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training plan (practice teaching section of the Academic Affairs Office), and send the electronic copy consistent with the paper materials to the e-mail box: hndxsjk@126.com 。

School accreditation project

The leading group office of the college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training program will organize experts to review the projects recommended by the college, select the 2018 college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training program, and recommend and apply for the provincial and national college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training program. In this year, 200 school level projects will be set up and 80 provincial and national level projects will be recommended.

4、 Others

1. After the project is approved, the project leader and the instructor should timely organize the project team members to carry out the work in a planned way in their spare time. In the process of the project, no one (including instructors and students) shall affect the normal teaching activities for any reason.

2. In the process of project declaration, those who are found to be cheating will be disqualified from declaration, and those who are serious will be dealt with according to relevant regulations.

3. The mid-term inspection, final acceptance and other management matters of the project are implemented in accordance with the project management measures of Henan University Students' innovation and entrepreneurship training plan.

4. In the process of the project, in principle, no project information shall be changed. If it is necessary to change, it shall be implemented in accordance with the measures for the project management of innovative experiment plan for college students of Henan University (XF [2009] No. 290). The written materials of information change should be submitted to the practice teaching department of the academic affairs office before the mid-term of the project. After the mid-term, no information can be changed for any reason.
