The notice on applying for the research project of teacher education curriculum reform in 2018 (teacher [2017] No. 812) issued by Henan Provincial Department of education is now forwarded to you. Please organize teachers to actively apply according to the spirit of the notice. The specific declaration matters are as follows:

1、 Project significance and application scope

（1） Project significance

The teacher education curriculum reform project is one of the equally important teaching subjects as the higher education teaching reform project. After the project is approved and implemented, according to the quality of the results, it can participate in the evaluation of Henan teacher education and teaching achievement award and the National Basic Education (facing colleges and universities) teaching achievement award.

（2） Scope of application

The whole school has teachers who are willing to engage in the research of teacher education curriculum reform project and have certain research ability.

2、 Declaration requirements

（1） Personnel requirements

1. The person in charge of the project must have a middle or senior professional title, a high quality of teachers' educational theory and the ability to analyze and solve problems, and a strong ability of organization and coordination. Among them, key project leaders are required to have senior professional titles or doctoral degrees.

2. The person in charge of the project must be the real organizer and director of the whole process of the implementation of the project, and undertake the substantive research work. The personnel who are registered or do not undertake the substantive research work shall not apply for the research project as the person in charge of the project. At the same time, the project leader should have a certain amount of research accumulation in relevant fields, and participate in the periodical research results and final research results appraisal meeting organized by the Provincial Department of education as required to report the research results.

3. In principle, the project leader can only preside over and declare one project. As the main participants, in principle, there should be no more than 2 projects. In principle, those who have undertaken the research project of teacher education curriculum reform and have not completed the project within the prescribed period shall not apply for new projects.

4. The front-line teachers with senior professional titles employed by colleges and universities in the implementation of the "Double Tutorial System" can be declared as the subject hosts. We will support and encourage teachers from colleges and universities, primary and secondary schools, and teachers, researchers, and educational researchers from county-level teacher training institutions to jointly apply for research projects on teacher education curriculum reform.

5. There are no more than 8 members (including the person in charge) in the project team, and there must be kindergarten teachers, teaching researchers or teachers in Teachers' training schools, and personnel engaged in basic education management, with a proportion of no less than 40%.

（2） Research requirements

1. The scope of teacher education curriculum reform research project mainly refers to the pre service training of primary and secondary school kindergarten teachers, new entry education and post service professional development, as well as the related fields of Higher Normal Education Serving the reform and development of basic education.

2. The project leader shall truthfully fill in the application materials and ensure that there is no intellectual property dispute. Any fraud in the application, once found and verified, will not only be disqualified from the project application, but also be criticized by the relevant responsible person.

3. To strengthen the value orientation of practice and strive to solve practical problems, we must focus on the content of the research topic, have a systematic and detailed literature review, have a scientific and feasible research route and technical scheme, highlight the key points, clear the difficulties, and clear the innovation points, and report the research results on time to ensure the quality of the results.

4. When organizing the declaration, relevant colleges should strictly control the quality, standardize the declaration materials, strictly control the quantity of declaration, and ensure the quality of declaration. It is necessary to do a good job in the early guidance of teacher project approval, pay attention to the current key work of teacher education reform and development in our province, focus on teacher education curriculum reform, highlight pertinence, effectiveness and operability, and embody the orientation of theoretical innovation and method innovation.

3、 Details of declaration

（1） Material details

1. Five copies of the application for the establishment of the research project of teacher education curriculum reform in Henan Province, and one copy of the application summary form for the research project of teacher education curriculum reform in Henan Province. The electronic version shall be sent to the teaching and research department's mailbox: hndxjyk@126.com 。

2. Relevant supporting materials (1 copy): the main achievements of the project host and main participants in the education and teaching reform in the past three years, including copies of award-winning certificates related to the project, copies of officially published works or papers (bound in order and packed in bags, each bag is limited to one project material, and the front and back sides of the bag are respectively pasted with the project application cover and the back cover Contents of materials in the bag).

3. All the above materials should be exported and printed after online declaration.

（2） Time and details of online report

1. All teaching units are requested to submit the application materials (including paper materials and electronic manuscripts) to the teaching and research section of the academic affairs office before the morning of October 11, 2017. The academic affairs office does not accept individual application.

2. All project applicants log in to "Henan teacher education curriculum reform research project management system" (the system website is http://jsjy.haedu.gov.cn ）According to the system prompt requirements, carefully register personal information, accurately fill in and online submit the "Henan teacher education curriculum reform research project application form" (the application form template needs to be downloaded in the application system). The online declaration should also be completed before October 11.
