Due to the need for strengthening international cooperation and exchanges, get to know foreign teaching experience, the Civil Engineering and Architecture College has decided to dispatch Dr. Liu Qingshang to study teaching management system, quality assurance system and assessment criteria in the Department of Civil, Architectural, and Environmental Engineering of UM during the period 08/01/2017 to 01/31/2018. His cooperation tutor is Dr. Matthew Trussoni, a famous teacher in University of Miami. Mr. Trussoni was invited to our college and gave several main courses. He gained the high praise to home and abroad students.

During the short-term study in UM, Dr. Liu visited two courses in classroom: Concrete and Senior Design through which he is familiar with the education method, quality assurance measure and assessment criteria of UM, brought back all syllabuses of Civil Engineering, and visited their lab.

We are sure that we shall improve our cultivated quality by comparing the advantage and disadvantage of home and abroad education.
